Finance Manager

A 14 month contract with the possibility for extension working with a minimum of supervision and reporting directly to the Financial Controller has arisen, in which you will be responsible for Sterling and Euro Current Account Bank Reconciliation, sales ledger, general ledger and invoice reporting on a weekly basis. You will benefit from a sales or general ledger background as well as an AAT qualification or equivalent, and good excel skills. Other responsibilities include:

Monthly Responsibilities

• Inventory Reports
• EC Sales List
• 7 Bucket Aging Report
• Price Override Report
• Unbooked Orders
• Negative Stock Report
• IC Spares & Repairs Invoices
• Sterling Deposit Account Bank Reconciliation

Quarterly Responsibilities

• IC AR/AP Netting
• Intercompany Repair Invoicing

Adhoc Responsibilities

• Insurance - Add and remove vehicles from policy
• Deal with insurance claims
• Customer refunds
• Set up new sub-inventory accounts for new employees
• Assist in making necessary stock adjustments, both monthly and annually
• Provide cover for other members of the Finance Department
