International HR Consultant

An international consultancy business, with fairly new roots in Bristol but a number of offices worldwide, is seeking a HR Consultant for their team.

Typical responsibilities will include:

• Providing a full range of internationally focussed HR advice to a selection of clients based around the world.
• Advise on employee performance plans
• Ad Hoc consulting projects
• Create employment documents for clients
• Identify potential business opportunities

The ideal candidate will have:

• CIPD membership
• Excellent problem solving and researching skills
• A good degree of technical ability and knowledge
• A serviced focussed approach to work
• Sound knowledge of more than one countries HR regulations
